Both houses are in McInnes Street off Monks Road, twenty minutes walk from LINCOLN city centre on a main bus route. Situated in a quiet cul-de-sac with unlimited parking.
The houses have a hard wired smoke and fire alarm (so you can't nick the batteries for something more important)!
All safety certificates (gas/electric) are up-to-date. The gas fired central heating is by “combi” boiler and is new and very efficient, (no limit on how much hot water you need) so no waiting for a bath!
Both houses have been recently redecorated and are furnished with new furniture mainly from IKEA'
You can decorate your own room, guaranteed to keep out old people like parents.
TV is a 28” Nicam wired to NTL, TV license is paid.
A very friendly pub (The Manvers Inn) is situated at the top of the road, well within crawling home distance!

A mid terrace, three-bed house. Modified for the occupation of students. Each
bedroom is lockable, the bathroom and kitchen are shared. In each room is a
bed; bedside cabinet; easy chair; desk; chest of drawers a bookcase and wardrobe.
The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker/oven; microwave; kettle; toaster; fridge; freezer; washing machine (ask your mum) iron and board. (Ask your mum again)
The house is double glazed for security and comfort.
The bathroom has a bath with direct shower washbasin and WC (that's where you shout for Ruth)!
Outside is a brick store with a tumble dryer and room for storage, cycles etc.
